Phishing email alert: CAA Atlantic has identified an online phishing scam targeting our members and customers. This can falsely claim to be from CAA and AAA, offering a ‘Car Emergency Kit’ as a prize and instructing recipients to click a link and provide personal information to claim it. Please do not respond to the emergency kit offer – it is a scam. We have reported this scam to the relevant authorities. If you would like to, you could also report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, online or at 1-888-495-8501, to help them track it.

Roadside Services Reimbursement
If you have paid for a covered service, you may submit the receipt for reimbursement consideration. All reimbursement requests are subject to coverage limits and exclusions of the membership. Reimbursement will be made at the local contracted rate.
If you attempted to receive service through CAA/AAA but CAA/AAA confirmed it cannot provide immediate roadside assistance, you can make reasonable arrangements to pay for comparable roadside services and submit the receipt to CAA for reimbursement.
CAA will evaluate reimbursement claims once the paid invoice (which must include the amount paid, the amount of any applicable taxes, the business name and logo/mark, and the member’s name), CAA membership number and details surrounding the event has been received.
Reimbursement claims must be submitted to CAA within 30 days from the date that the roadside assistance was made.
