our teams make us special

They create impact through their work every day.

Our teams and their

stories are diverse.

It’s our team members who make us shine.  And they are empowered to do good work.

We hire people who approach work from different life experiences and points of view, and our experiences combine to create member benefits that exceed expectations.

We also love to showcase their unique stories.

“Don’t be afraid of what you look like, or of your religion. Be yourself, don’t change anything to be accepted. For international people who have good skillsets but have faced barriers, know that this will not happen here.”

Nicolle Wanamaker

Marketing Manager

In her nine years with the CAA Atlantic team in Saint John, N.B., Nicolle has grown from Marketing Coordinator to Partnership Marketing Manager on the Marketing team. This journey included time exploring graphic design, and support from CAA Atlantic as she balanced full-time work with full-time school.

When CAA Atlantic had an opening for a manager position, they chose Nicolle and supported her growth and development into this new role.

“CAA Atlantic invested in me. It validated that I was doing a good job—that this is what I should be doing, and that this is a great place to be.”

“Our members feel happy when the CAA Atlantic truck shows up. It means a bad day is about to get better. The smile on their face, to know you’ve helped make their day better—it feels really good.”
