Frequently asked questions

Am I eligible for CAA Member discounts?

To qualify you must

  • Have an active CAA membership; and
  • Be within the Rogers service area.

Additionally, for mobile discounts you must:

  • Be a new Rogers customer; or
  • Be an existing Rogers mobile customer and complete a Hardware Upgrade (note: applicable to each line on the mobile account. Price plan changes without a Hardware Upgrade are not eligible); or
  • Be a Rogers internet or TV customer and add a new mobile service.
  • Existing Rogers mobile customers who do not complete a hardware upgrade are not eligible for the $10/month bundle discount if they add new internet or internet with TV service.

For internet and TV discounts you must:

  • Be a new Rogers customer; or
  • Be an existing Rogers mobile customer and add a new internet or internet with TV service.
  • Current internet or internet with TV customers do not qualify for the 10% monthly discount or $10/month bundle discount.
  • Service availability at your address will be validated prior to purchase.

Can my family also save on their mobile service?

  • Yes! Only the primary Rogers account holder requires CAA Member verification to sign up.
  • You can have a total of 10 mobile lines on your Rogers account (on the same bill) when the primary account holder is a CAA Member.
