Tims Gift Card purchased in Canada may be used in Canada or the United States; Tims Gift Card purchased in the United States may be used in the United States or Canada. If a Tims Gift Card purchased in Canada is used in the United States (or vice versa), an automatic currency conversion will apply and will be based on the then current Tim Hortons exchange rate (Tim Hortons exchange rate is based on the exchange rate equal to the Bloomberg Financial exchange rate for the day prior to the date of the transaction). Tims Gift Card may only be used for making authorized purchases of food, beverages and/or other eligible items available at participating Tim Hortons restaurants in Canada and the United States (“Participating Restaurants”), via https://www.timhortons.ca and https://www.timhortons.com (each, a “Website”), or via the App as set out below. Total purchases using one or more Tims Gift Card(s) for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) CAD or USD (as applicable) in one calendar day. Tims Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Tims Gift Card. Tims Gift Card cannot be resold or transferred for value (Tims Gift Card resold or transferred for value are void). Tims Gift Card have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be used to make a payment on a credit account.
