My Account Portal

Take control of your membership—log in, update your info, and switch to paperless billing today.

We've made changes to our My Account portal. Whether you're logging in for the first time since the update or you're brand new to CAA, we’re here to help you get started.

Already have an account?

If you haven't signed in lately, you'll need to verify your account and set a new password for your security. In order to very your account, you'll need:

  • Your 16-digit membership number
  • A unique email address
  • Your postal code

Register Your Account

Enroll in Paperless Billing

Once you're logged in:

  1. Click Membership Information in the menu.
  2. Select Enroll under Paperless Billing.

That’s it! You’ll now receive your bills conveniently by email—no more paper clutter.
