My career as a Travel consultant began in 1998 after completing the Travel and Tourism Management course at Holland College. After many years in the industry, I made the decision to join the team at CAA Atlantic in February 2024.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to travel to many “all inclusive “ resorts in Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico, and Jamaica. But some of my favourite trips have been to Hawaii, Greece, and River cruising on the Rhine/Mosel with AmaWaterways. Most recently, I was on the ‘Shades of Ireland’ tour with Collette Vacations, and the Rocky Mountaineer Rail tour ‘Journey through the Clouds’ which were both an amazing experience.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, camping, and spending time with my 3 grandkids – Dallas, Logan and Kenzie. I also enjoy walking my 2 dogs Riley and Fiona (named after the Hurricane).
My bucket list includes Italy, Iceland, and Alaska Cruise. I enjoy travelling not only to relax but also to discover the unique experiences offered by each destination.
Insider tip: Pack light and plan ahead. Don’t wait until the last minute. I roll my clothes; they take up less room and tend not to wrinkle as much.
