Suzanne Desrosiers

Member Biography

Suzanne Desrosiers has served as Vice President, People and Culture at NB Power since February 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Université de Moncton and a Master’s in Education (Counselling and Human Development) from the University of New Brunswick. Suzanne also completed a post‑graduate diploma in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and holds the Associated Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation. With more than 30 years of senior human resources experience across the utility and education sectors, is recognized for her people‑centred leadership approach, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and focus on continuous improvement. Her board experience includes serving on the Board of Directors of Electricity Human Resources Canada and as Past Board President of the New Brunswick Association for Community Living.
