Peter Greenwood has spent his 40-year career in the real estate business, primarily commercial development and residential land development. He retired in 2019 as Vice President of Atlantic Canada’s premier residential land developer, Clayton Developments Limited. He’s also served on numerous boards, industry-related and community/charitable organizations, including Mount Saint Vincent University, NS Home Builders’ Association, Canadian Home Builders Association, Halifax YMCA Building Committee, and many more.
