Nancy Birt owns and operates a small law firm in Charlottetown. She practices mainly in corporate commercial, real estate, and wills/estate planning. She’s an avid traveller, community volunteer, and mother of three who’s been married for 30 years. She’s the former president of the PEI Law Society, former president of the Canadian Bar Association – PEI Branch, former national board member of the Canadian Bar Association, former chair of the equality committee of the Canadian Bar Association, board member of CBIA/Lawyers Financial, and numerous other committees.
