Keith McIntosh founded and serves as the CEO for two software companies: PQA since 1997, and PLATO since 2015. The two companies combined have approximately 200 employees in eight offices across the country. While they are for-profit businesses, they’re also social impact businesses as they are training and employing First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people with a goal of 1,000 Indigenous employees. He focuses volunteer efforts on furthering respect and reconciliation with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people.
