David Boyd

Member Biography

David Boyd brings over 25 years of experience as a senior partner with PwC, where he led the Atlantic distress and aboriginal practice for fifteen years. He is now the founder and principal of Resolve Advisory Services Ltd., a boutique advisory firm specializing in strategic advice, corporate restructuring, business turnarounds, and stakeholder communications for Atlantic Canadian companies.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Francis Xavier University (ST FXU) and has earned several prestigious designations, including FCPA, FCA, CIRP, LIT, and ICD.D.

An active community contributor, David has served on the boards of numerous organizations, including Special Olympics Nova Scotia, Churchill Academy, and the Canadian Cancer Society. His commitment to giving back reflects his belief in making a positive impact in his community.
