About Me
Travel has tested my limits, changed my perspective of many things and helped me be more appreciative of what I have here at home. It was that lure of travel that drew me to the industry, which I’ve been in for more than 30 years. There’s nothing better than experiencing a destination first-hand.
I loved visiting Israel because of its staggeringly rich history. I loved the food scene, and some of the staples I eat regularly today came out of that trip. The spa and dead sea experiences were world class.
I experienced every kind of natural beauty in Bali, from iconic rice fields, flower gardens, lush greenery and sacred rivers. The devotion of the everyday Balinese life creates a special energy.
South Africa had amazing landscapes with breathtaking views at every turn. The safari experience is hard to put into words. Seeing the animals in their natural habitat was the thrill of a lifetime.
Outside of travel, I love to explore the many wonderful hiking trails near my home
Insider’s Travel Tip: I have learned to pack less. I choose a colour scheme for all of my outfits so I can mix and match. I also roll, instead of folding, which helps fill the in the space better.
