About Me
I began my career in the travel industry in 1979 after completing my secretarial course at Holland College. A year later, I became a Travel Agent. With an interlude at Revenue Canada between 1993 and 2001, I returned to the travel industry at CAA Atlantic.
I love to experience new destinations, and my favorite travel destination is South Africa. To Experience Africa's breathtaking landscapes on a wildlife safari with The Big 5, which include the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and African buffalo, is life changing.
Iceland, another favourite of mine, has the freshest air in the world. I just wanted to stay outside and breathe as much fresh air as I could get.
Finally, any time I have an opportunity to take a European river cruise, I am ready to go. You only unpack once on an amazing cultural relaxing and hassle-free vacation.
Next on my bucket list is to visit the Galapagos Islands to see the giant tortoise in their natural environment.
