Board of Governance

Meet Our Board of Directors

CAA Atlantic’s Board of Directors ensure the fulfillment of CAA Atlantic’s strategic direction on behalf of our Members. The board is made up of Members from all four Atlantic provinces.

Our board members bring a wealth of knowledge that helps make CAA Atlantic the vibrant organization it is today! Each one participates in at least one committee to guarantee its long-term sustainability.

Audit & Risk Management Committee is the trusted source to ensure that your organization's finances are in tip-top shape. They play a vital role by reviewing financial reports, monitoring internal controls and risk management systems, recommending external auditors and giving the green light on business plans - all while maintaining accountability over organizational money matters!

Investment: This committee plays an important role in making sure the investments of CAA Atlantic meet their goals and adhere to established criteria. We carefully monitor performance so that our members' finances are well taken care of!

Governance and Nominating: This committee is dedicated to helping the Board of Directors create a strong, creative leadership team. They work hard to ensure that their recruitment process identifies people who will bring fresh energy — setting the foundation for an inspired future!

Executive and Human Resource Committee is here to support the board of directors in key decisions around people and compensation, from assessing performance of our President & CEO, planning for future successions - they're really making sure all pieces are moving smoothly!
